The VNS Management Founder
VNS Management was founded by Vanessa Sinclair, now a Music Manager who specialises in Artist and Events management. Vanessa works alongside a diverse roster of some of the strongest, raw talent from within the West Midlands.
Originally coming from a teaching and youth work background, Vanessa has always been dedicated to helping people connect with their potential and passion which in hand helps individuals reach their goals. Starting off her career by producing event platforms for young music artists/creatives, Vanessa then went on to work with the likes of prominent artists and bands such as Rudimental and Mr Hudson as a part of their production team and management team respectively.
Vanessa has worked in several jobs roles within the entertainment and music industry drawing experience from and using transferable skills to enhance the work she does for current clients and her future clients, these include - Security at music festivals and arenas, Production Crew, Studio/creative space manager, booking agent, stage manager, scout, promoter, tour manager, event manager and festival organiser.
Together with her experience and passion to empower individuals, Vanessa uses her grounded values and principles to prepare artists for the music industry and to work with companies professionally. She provides clients with professional advice, practical experience and an ethical way of working towards planned goals and executing them.
Teamwork, strong relationships and communication is something that Vanessa Sinclair believes strongly in and states “as a manager the relationship and connection I have with the artists I work with is key to helping us work together as a team to reach their full potential” “I really enjoy working with independent artists and being that person involved in the journey of taking them from one stage of their careers to the next, to the next, to the next…..
